Service guy Chris, just wanted to get my diagnostic fee, Once it was "Diagnosed" they really didnt want to work on it and wanted to get me to take it elsewhere. Then they keep it to try and fix it and call me a week later to come pick up, said they couldn't work on it because it had a Mercedes Engine and Transmission. Had they told me from the beginning, i would have gone elsewhere. They should have known that from the beginning. Then they call me to come get my car, because they don't have space at the shop. That is horrible business. Icing on the cake, I get my car home and see that they dinged it on the door and tried to use cover up paint so i couldn't notice it. I expected great service per the reviews, being Montrose, etc., however I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I Dave, being the owner here for over 24 years now , am going back to my first reviews and answering all of them. Joel, your story doesn`t hold water. My shop never keeps someones car for a week to tell them that we cannot work on it. You would have been called the very next day. And I will also tell you that we NEVER damage someones car without telling them. I also would NEVER try to cover up some ding with touch up paint. That is something we have never done! And if we didn`t want to work on your car, that is our choice. Sometimes people have a car that is not worth fixing and the news is a little overwhelming. I have a great memory and I remember your car being a Chrysler Crossfire. You had multiple issues and very little money. That is why we decided to pass. I just wanted to get my side heard. Owner-Dave
