A coupon from AAA originally led me to The Auto Doc. I started to write a comment once, but the abundance of reviews left little else to add. Big city life can get hectic and exhausting, but at The Auto Doc you can relax knowing Dave, Chris and the whole service team will have your back. Specifically, they have mechanical expertise with exceptional diagnostic skill and appreciate the customer's perspective. The location and after-hours drop-off area are convenient, and the cost is appropriate. Friendliness, integrity, honesty, timeliness, competency is unusually easy-going and genuine. They use handy social media tools without any pressure. And no matter how busy they are, I have been in and out in a surprisingly quick time on every visit.

Very disappointed in the service I received the second time I visited Auto Doc. They failed to diagnose the problem and still charged me the fee of 140.00 and told me to go the dealer. I was speechless
