It's a hobbies of mine to look at the worst reviews and to see what stuck up person had a issue with something so small... Now this auto shops dealer replies the funniest stuff. I mean it can't get better than this... I WISH they did work on dirt bikes because there is no where else I'd rather take my broken dirt bike than this shop. (Just needs a clean carb but still)

Dave and his crew are very professional. They are very knowledgeable and perform an excellent job.

I recently moved to Houston and this was my first time going here after having some issues because of an impact with a curb. I assumed the worst and called around thinking it was the axle that was damaged. The thing that stood out to me over the phone was that Chris at AutoDoc asked me what was wrong with my car and how it was driving and told me to bring it in for a diagnostic when every other place I called insisted it was the axle and maybe even more problems without even diagnosing it. Worked with Chris the morning after I called and he was great - It winded up being loose lug nuts and a bent wheel. The staff is very honest, friendly, reliable and professional. I’m glad to have found a new mechanic for me in the city!

These folks are helpful, fast, and honest. I'm amending this review to say that I've used this shop for about 7 years while living in Houston. I highly recommend them. They are consistently good at what they do and easy to work with. I appreciate all the years of good work. Chris is smart and understanding. The team is fast and reliable. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Autodoc for a few years now for my regular vehicle maintenance. They’re always easy to schedule an appointment with and quick to complete the service.

Chris was extremely helpful and friendly great customer service. They found the issue with my car’s oil leak where 2 other businesses didn’t notice a thing or bother to tell me there was an issue. They also called to confirm about some other maintenance that needed done on the vehicle and gave me notes for everything related to the the repair and/or replacement of parts in order of priority and pricing for everything thing else that needed work done in the future. All in all 5 star service and professionalism would absolutely go there again in the future for any other car maintenance or repair and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
