Honest car repair shop. They did exactly what was needed for my 90k maintenance and didn’t try to upsell anything, which I appreciate. I noticed right away how much better my car was driving after the service. One thing I’d like to mention: I understand the shop is probably busy, but when answering the phone, it would be helpful to slow down a bit. Speaking too quickly can make you feel like you’re imposing or bothering someone, which isn’t the best feeling as a customer. Taking just a few extra seconds to slow down won’t take much time, but it would make a big difference in the customer experience.

They did a great job diagnosing and fixing a wacky suspension issue in which at highway speeds one side of my car would bounce then the other and the steering wheel would shake. They replaced the control arms, and while they were at it, bolted on my loose front bumper for free. Car works like a charm now.
