Went above and beyond to help me pass the state inspection before my road trip and the whole time felt super personal and like I was getting service from a friend. Great stuff and I’ll definitely be back. Chris is awesome.

My BMW broke down and went completely dead in the middle of West Gray. I prayed to God for His help while sitting in my car, and literally minutes later Mr. Dave drives by and asked if I needed help! Praise the Lord! God answered my prayer immediately! Not only did Mr. Dave jump start my car and get my out of the middle of the street, but he fixed my car like brand new. My car is driving perfectly and no longer making any weird noises because the fan belt was destroyed. Mr. Dave, and his entire staff, were exceptionally kind and generous. He never pressured me for any services when he stopped to help me; he honestly just wanted to make sure I was safe and out of the road. Truly wonderful people at The Auto Doc. It only took Mr. Chris one day to fix my car, which is exceptional because you normally have to take BMWs apart in order to make one small repair. If I had taken my car back to the dealership it would have taken them at least a week. Normally getting my car serviced or repaired anywhere else is an inconvenience, but this was a blessing! I was about to meet some good-hearted, well intentioned, hospitable, and professional Godsent people. I definitely recommend The Auto Doc! I pray that God will continue to bless you all and prosper all that you do!

Best auto mechanics in town! The A/C went out on my '12 Jeep GC and Chris worked with my warranty company to make sure I didn't pay anything over the deductible. Highly recommend to anyone needing working done on their vehicle.

I have been going to the Auto Doc since moving to Houston three years ago. They are always fair and honest. Chris takes the time to explain specifics and answers questions about the repairs. I had an older car for the first two years, and on multiple occasions, he advised me on which repairs were absolutely necessary within my budget in that moment, and then which could wait until later. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here for a few years and have enjoyed the services. I'm not too knowledgeable so I can't speak too much about value, but I'm happy with the service, friendliness, willingness to answer questions and would recommend. I felt confident hitting the road for 3 weeks after getting it serviced and checked here. Also, there service is quite speedy and has always been in line with our discussions when setting up service. They also called to check in after mg last major replacement. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Nice people, I'm sure the quality of work is fine. But the quote they gave me was higher than what the dealership wanted, which is surprising.. I did get an oil change and they filled my wiper fluid, which is much appreciated.

I liked the honesty of the owner Steve, I think- the first guy (who I have heard Is good) wasn’t too honest, so I think definitely a great place, ask questions from both the owner and his “first service guy.” Maybe, if I were a man, the first conversation, from the first guy, would not have occurred.
