Have been coming here for a few years and have enjoyed the services. I'm not too knowledgeable so I can't speak too much about value, but I'm happy with the service, friendliness, willingness to answer questions and would recommend. I felt confident hitting the road for 3 weeks after getting it serviced and checked here. Also, there service is quite speedy and has always been in line with our discussions when setting up service. They also called to check in after mg last major replacement. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Nice people, I'm sure the quality of work is fine. But the quote they gave me was higher than what the dealership wanted, which is surprising.. I did get an oil change and they filled my wiper fluid, which is much appreciated.

I liked the honesty of the owner Steve, I think- the first guy (who I have heard Is good) wasn’t too honest, so I think definitely a great place, ask questions from both the owner and his “first service guy.” Maybe, if I were a man, the first conversation, from the first guy, would not have occurred.

This review is for my first experience using The Auto Doc. After experiencing issues getting my car to start over the weekend, I dropped my car off at The Auto Doc. I used the after hours drop off box and received a call from Chris first thing the next morning. After diagnosing that the issue was likely related to my neutral safety switch, Chris informed me that the replacement part would take a day to arrive. Later in the afternoon, Chris called me again to inform me he was able to get my car to consistently start after working with my current neutral safety switch. He informed me that the issue could start happening again after some time, or it may never come back. I appreciate that I wasn't given the "better safe than sorry" line and sold a repair that may or may not have been necessary. If I do experience additional issues with my vehicle in the future, I will definitely be bringing it to The Auto Doc. When I arrived to pick up my car I was only charged a diagnostic fee, which I felt was very reasonable. A+ for communication and A + for honesty.

This was my second time there. The first time i had my starter replaced and that went well. The 2nd time i went in because my AC stopped blowing cold. I took it there and i was told they woukd do a full check of the AC system. They later told me the system was out and needed to be fully replaced and it would cost about $2500. I decided to take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. Well come to find out all i needed was freon in the system. There were no leaks and the system has been working properly ever since. Im not sure why they said i would need to fully replace my ac system. But i would question all their repair diagnose. I paid under $110 buck for my repairs and my AC is fine. But they wanted to charge me $2500. 🤔🤨

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone that had assisted me with my car was very professional and reasonable, considering my unfortunate incident with my tires and rotar that had happen on one of Houston’s busiest streets. I can’t thank them enough along with AAA and would highly recommend them To anyone in the Houston metro area who needs auto mechanic work

Great customer service. Fair prices. This is the one place I feel I can take my car, and I won’t be cheated out of every penny I can afford. I was given a ballpark price range for my car problem, and the cost came in solidly in the middle. The only downside is needing to call to make the initial appointment, but this is a very small inconvenience compared to the great service.

I like the honest job because they just perform the job that was really need it.
