Overall really pleased with my experience at Auto Doc!!! When I noticed a problem with my car, I was able to drop it off the very next morning. They diagnosed the problem, obtained parts, and fixed my vehicle in about 7ish hours. I was able to pick it up the same day which I was VERY happy about. Prices were reasonable. A few other services were offered to me that I didn't really need... Also services that I was due for (alignment & tire rotation) that I requested to be done, were not done because they said I didn't need it. At the end of the day, I will be getting those service done somewhere else. Just wish I could have got it done all at once.

They did a good job of fixing the car and making the necessary repairs. The car runs very well and I am very pleased.

Was upfront about prices to let customer decide whether to get services. AAA discount up to $50. Cheaper rates than other places I called off the AAA list and compared to the dealer.

As a person in their twenties, my knowledge of vehicles is very limited. With this being said, Chris the shop owner, made it very clear the process behind what he was doing. He was understanding of my financial situation and told me what services were needed versus what services were recommended hut not dire. Regardless, he was able to keep my car overnight at his shop while it was broke down and I received it back in less than twenty four hours. I will definitely be going back here.

Highly recommended. They remained on top of all aspects during a complex repair and a lengthy insurance process. They exhibited competence and commitment to deliver a job well done at or above expectations. A highly professional, efficient shop. Don’t remember seeing a comparable one in years.

Chris was clear and concise on the phone and in person. My car was taken care of promptly and the pricing was fair and in line with my expectations. I couldn't ask for a better repair service.

David from Auto Doc was very attentative from the moment I stepped in! He listened very closely to me as o described the issues I was experiencing with my car and was very helpful when it came to letting me know why he thought was going on. I would definitely recommend coming here they are very kind and will do just about everything to help you fix your car!

I was referred here by a friend of mine who had tire issues. I called and expected to get “in trouble” since my car was WAY over due for an oil change. Dave was so sweet and informative. I told them I only had a certain amount of money I could spend but I was willing to do what I needed within my budget. They got me UNDER budget! They even gave me skittles (lol).

Chris was incredibly kind and helpful in diagnosing what was going on with my car. Their website is very user friendly and allows for you to schedule an appointment. Chris called me maybe 10 minutes after my request, and I was in and out the next morning. I'll definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone with a car!
