Very friendly staff, fast service for the 2 stars. Went in to diagnose significant grinding noises when turning front wheels far to either side (for a 120k mileage 2010 Mazda 3). Suggested repair was around $2000 for replacement of worn out lower control arms, ball joints, struts, transmission mount and other suspension components. I went for a second opinion elsewhere and it took 5 minutes to identify the cause of the noise as a damaged $5 plastic screw-type rivet near the wheel. I replaced without even lifting the car. I can't believe that the Auto Doc spent any time driving the car to diagnose the issues I was having.
Jon, I appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to write a review. I would get a 3rd opinion on your 10 year old Mazda with 121,000 miles on it. Your front suspension needs multiple repairs along with any other vehicle that is 10 years old with 100,000 plus miles on it. Having driven your car and inspecting your car`s suspension, I know this first hand. I think you should have your "second opinion, screw-type rivet shop look a little closer" Thanks again, Owner-Dave
