Service is great and they do a good job of keeping in touch about timing while the work gets done. I appreciate it that they use high quality parts for all repairs they do at The Auto Doc. My life doesn’t give me enough time for re-do’s.

The Auto Doc is the best repair shop in Houston! My daughter, a student at the medical center, had 3 flat tires on Sunday night. Had her car towed to Auto Doc, a AAA preferred shop, by AAA. She did the overnight lock box and called them on Monday morning. Dave was fantastic, got her car right in to check it out. Looked at everything not just the flat tires! He gave her several options and also explained them all to me (her mom who lives in Kansas). He also took the time to explain to my daughter the importance of taking care of her car. They didn't try to pressure her into anything but explained what was really needed for this 2005 Jeep. Dave called me with updates over both days. What a fantastic and knowledgeable man! She will have all of her car service needs performed at Auto Doc as long as she is in Houston! Don't go anywhere else for your car service needs!
