On my first visit to Auto-Doc I was interested in learning what was dysfunctional with my Toyota Highlander that did not pass vehicle inspection for registration with the state of Texas, I was given one observation to watch for and report findings. It was the engine light that appeared on the dashboard in less time than predicted. I took the car a week later for the repairs, and every part of the engine/auto that was worked on, was explained to me. The car is running smoothly and quitely. I am pleased with the work. Thank you.

This was my first time using Auto Doc, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chris was friendly, communicative, and helpful. I left my car on a Monday morning without an appointment. I expected to have to wait most of the day for them to get to my car, but I had a diagnosis and quote for repair by lunch. The car was ready when promised, and the repair was exactly as quoted.
