A rogue nail embedded in my tire. The Auto Doc inspected the tire, removed the nail and plugged the hole. Very fast service and reasonable prices!

As a female with an uncanny understanding of all things mechanical, I quickly tire of mechanics who talk down to me and take advantage of those with limited expertise. This was not the case at all with The Auto Doc. They were respectful and informative throughout a complex evaluation of my truck’s engine. Their cost was appropriate and when I consulted with my mechanic/friend, they took all the right steps to diagnose the issue without ordering unnecessary work. The customer service at The Auto Doc is tops. I have had several repairs done here. The first time Chris called me personally to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I just recently had my car serviced again, and Dave went out of his way to put my car back on the lift and show me everything that was wrong with my car, explaining in detail what needed to be repaired. The price he quoted me for the control arm was about $500 less than it would have cost at a commercial repair shop. I will definitely go here for any future car repairs.

Auto Doc has provided better recall and update notifications than dealers I have visited
