The customer service at The Auto Doc is tops. I have had several repairs done here. The first time Chris called me personally to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I just recently had my car serviced again, and Dave went out of his way to put my car back on the lift and show me everything that was wrong with my car, explaining in detail what needed to be repaired. The price he quoted me for the control arm was about $500 less than it would have cost at a commercial repair shop. I will definitely go here for any future car repairs.

They misdiagnosed the leaking fluid. I called and said I was bringing my care back. But then I didn't. So they called me back and picked up my car and found the real reason it was leaking. They credited me with the parts for the misdiagnosis which didn't hurt that it was done anyway. I recommend this place for its honesty.

My best car maintenance/repair experience by far! My repair was completed very quickly and Chris was SO friendly and great to work with. He kept me updated on my car's status every step of the way and gave me some much-appreciated maintenance recommendations for the future. I will definitely be back!

Really great guys, super helpful and unlike many other mechanics, they don't try to screw you over "recommending" work that doesn't actually need to be done. They'll tell you what is urgent and what isn't and give you very reasonable quotes. Also they work super fast.

Great guys, never push unneeded additional work, always offering advice for affordable solutions and triage plans for expensive unexpected issues (this $1200 problem can wait a few months, but this leak here isn't safe now). Also willing to explain what exactly an issue is, and don't make you feel foolish for not being familiar with basic auto-mechanics.

The Auto Doc cares about each customer. Their service and attention to detail is second to none!
