Don't go here !! My windshield washer was not working. They evaluated and wanted $343 to replace pump. Too High ! I paid them $62 for their "Evaluation Fee" and took it to Pep Boys, who charged $133 to replace the pump.
I know that this was over 2 years ago but I want to answer anyway. We had to test the washer circuit to determine if the switch, wiring and fuse were good before we determined that your washer pump had failed. The price we gave you was a dealer part, not a cheap Pep Boys imitation. We also follow the labor guide to determine the labor cost. That price included the diagnostic charge. We were cheaper than the dealer with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. . I have to look at your bad review every time that I thank my fans for their 5 star reviews. I just wanted to tell my side of the story.
