Recently moved. No longer have my previous trusted auto shop of over 13 years. Now I have a new auto shop that I trust my car to. All the staff are good listeners, pleasant and professional. As long as I live in the area my car will be serviced by The Auto Doc.

I needed a battery replaced and they claimed there was "bad connection somewhere behind the dash". This sounded fishy as hell but I had just moved to texas and didn't have time to to argue. When i asked the guy to show me the "bad connection" he fixed he started making bullshit excuses real quick. Battery replacement ended up costing 400$. Dont trust these guys.

Matthew, I`m sorry you think that we lied to you. Having replaced your battery and repairing your electrical problem back in April of 2015, myself or Chris cannot remember back this far. If you felt this way back then I wish you would have said something so we could have addressed it way back then. I`m sure that we called you to explain what we proposed to do after we towed your car and installed a battery. It would be very hard to show you a repair we made behind your dash after it was all put back together. Also, we don`t make excuses, we just call it like we see it. If we told you that you had a wiring problem then you had a wiring problem, period. Also, after a ninety dollar tow, I think you got a real fair deal for a battery and wiring repair. Also, you have a really good memory! I hope you have a good day and if we can ever help again, please give us a call. And, remember that your repair is still under warranty. Thanks, Dave- owner
