Had a battery replaced and they were responsive and quick to get me running again. However, the additional fees they added on were a bit excessive and I did not realize how much I'd been overcharged until I looked at the bill later. I appreciated the immediate assistance, but felt a bit taken advantage of later.

If you would like to call us to discuss your bill we would be more than happy to go over everything with you. Being that you live in a very rural area, you may not be familiar with higher inner city prices. I do think we went way above and beyond by rescuing you from a downtown street and then immediately replacing your battery and terminal.
