Fast, but thorough. They reminded me of services that I will need in the future and recommended how to do the repairs so that I could save on labor.

Very accommodating, helpful, and friendly staff - and I talked or met 4 of them. On same day they provided me with the information I needed after checking the car. They weren't pushy on the work that had to be done. Café on the premises is a nice treat!

Autodoc understood my sense of urgency when a window is stuck in the "down" "position and rain is on the way. They fixed it FAST. The dealer didn't have the part and another repair shop said it would take 2 days. Autodoc was done in 4 hours.

Chris is always very accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate them checking my car over just before a trip just to make sure everything was shipshape in Bristol fashion. Made my trip easier knowing everything was in working order. I highly recommend them.
