I have a 2005 Lexus GX470. I bring it to AutoDoc for just about all my service. They do a very good job in a timely manner and their service is a lot less than the Lexus dealership.

I was superbly impressed with Chris's professionalism and friendliness - being a woman and trying to get auto help has been a pain in the ass in Houston, quite frankly. He heard my concerns, explained costs, and gave me advice for keeping my car on his last legs, as I prepare to sell. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I do believe service was a wee bit expensive, but I much prefer to pay that to someone who respects me as a customer, regardless of gender/car knowledge, than to the mechanics who have been jerking me around. I'm here to stay, and will be returning for pre-purchase inspection services when I buy a new car soon (though again, Auto doc prices are on the high pole of the usual price range for PPIs; better be worth it!).

Being a single lady, in the past it was hard to know who to trust when it came to auto repair or maintence. The gentlemen at the The Auto Doc always display the utmost professionalism, manners and kindness. I have trusted The Auto Doc with my past three automobiles. The few times I have had to bring my car to another shop because I was out of town, I immediately regretted it. Dave and the crew are awesome! I always appreciate the honest and upfront approach that I get from Dave and Chris about what I should expect. Autodoc is a great example of why it's great to do business with small businesses. You don't get this kind of service and attention from big name service companies.
